Scope
This Data Processing Agreement outline applies to customer data processed within the Nekroi platform under a signed customer agreement. It does not apply to this marketing website.
Roles
The customer acts as data controller. Nekroi acts as data processor, processing data solely on documented instructions from the customer.

Technical and organizational measures are described in our Security & Trust page and in the full agreement provided during contracting.
Subprocessors and transfers
A current subprocessor list and details on international data transfers are provided as part of the executed agreement.
